I have a thing for workout clothes. Since it’s something I put on everyday, I like to have a lot of options and stick to dark colors. I was so excited to find these leggings! I don’t normally pick bold prints, but since these come in dark colors, they are easy to pair with black!
Along with everyone else, one of my new years resolutions involves the gym. I decided to get back into a variety of classes at my gym instead of just doing cardio.
A few tips for keeping up with a fitness plan:
Nothing gets me through a workout like a new playlist. I try to only listen to it while there so I don’t get burnt out on the songs.
It’s no secret, but new clothes or shoes make it much more exciting to go to the gym or walk the neighborhood.
Staying in shape is a mix between fitness and healthy eating. One doesn’t work without the other, so I try to always keep a healthy snack with me.
Schedule your workouts like you would any other event. I write down a class or meeting a friend for a walk in my planner as if it is a mandatory meeting.
