Los Angeles has become one of my favorite cities to visit in the U.S. Since I’ve been spending more and more time here, I figured I would make up a master list of things to do, places to shop and restaurants to dine in.
Shopping:
Beauty: Violet and Grey on Melrose. This beautiful store is an edit of all of the best beauty brands.
Boutique: Zimmermann. Such a fun store for dresses, blouses and swimwear.
Department: Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys NY and Neiman Marcus
Boutique: Elodie K: This little store has a cool mix of designers and is right in the middle of Melrose.
Dining:
Scenic Spot: Nobu Malibu. The views are unreal.
Dinner Spot: Il Pastaio. Our favorite restaurant. Ask for a table outside, it is worth the wait.
Lunch Spot: The Ivy Beverly Hills. This spot is full of flowers and the most adorable hand painted china.
Coffee Spot: Alfred Coffee. But first, coffee.
Tea Spot: The Alfred Tea Room. It is the cutest Instagram worthy pink tea shop!
Casual: Joan’s on 3rd. We like to get food to go from here.
Vegan: Gracias Madre. If you are craving Mexican food.
Salad: The Beverly Hills Hotel Polo Lounge. Get the McCarthy Salad.
Breakfast: Urth Caffe on Melrose.
Juice: Kreation and Moon Juice
Visit:
Grocery: 3rd Street Farmers Market
Hike: Franklin Canyon
Museum: Lacma
Play: Santa Monica Pier
Spa: Kate Summerville
