I’ve been getting a lot of hair questions lately so I figured I would round up all of my answers into one post for ya’ll!
What curling iron do you use?
I actually use a wand to get a more relaxed beachy curl. This one is an investment, but when I think of how often I use it and how much it would cost to get a blow out instead, using this is a more practical option. This is another wand I use for larger curls.
What is your natural hair texture?
My hair is naturally really curly. It is thick, but can get really frizzy in the humidity. My mom got me into using this shampoo when we were on a trip last year. This paired with the conditioner helps calm down my curls. I usually blow dry it with a round brush then go over it with a curling wand.
Where do you go for color?
I’ve been going to Osgood O’neil Salon in Snyder Plaza for about two years. I also use this purple conditioner (they recommended) once a week to keep my hair bright blonde.
Do you have any tips for growing out hair?
This is something I’m constantly trying to do too! My best tip is to wash as little as possible (I can get by days with this dry shampoo!) and to take gummy Vitamins. These hair skin and nail gummies are so yummy and I’ve actually noticed a big difference in my nails and eyelash length from taking them! I always get nervous getting a hair cut, but have been trying to be better about getting a ‘dry trim’ every other time I get highlights to keep the ends healthy.
What products do you use?
I’ve been really happy with this shampoo, conditioner and blowout spray! I order this dry shampoo in bulk because I go through it so fast. I spray it on clean hair to give texture and cover the roots as well. There is also a brown version for Brunettes! I’m still looking for a good hairspray that isn’t drying if y’all have any recommendations for me!?
You have such great quality photos and lovely hair! My hair is long, pin-straight and limp, haha. So I definitely need to invest in a good curling iron/wand! Thanks for the tips!
