I wore this lace sleeve dress last year to a New Years Eve wedding and just saw that Nordstrom re-stocked it again for this year! It is so comfortable and easy to wear and would also make a great Christmas party dress! I recently wore it with opaque tights and these studded booties for a Holiday dinner.
Leather leggings and a Turtleneck
If you are having a more low key NYE celebration or will be somewhere really cold, comfortable leather leggings and a classic black turtleneck are a great option.
