Yellow is the color of happiness, optimism and sunshine.

Nothing says happy like yellow lemons in the Summer.  I LOVE this adorable lemon clutch from Resse Witherspoon’s southern line Draper James.  It reminds me of making lemonade as a little girl.  I’ve been wearing it with white jeans and tie front blouses to add a little pop of color.

My all time favorite heels by Aquazzura make this look a little less basic.

On my list this summer:

Drink lemonade, Read the new Emily Giffin book on the beach, make lots of zucchini pasta, use cocktail napkins, update my Summer Pinterest board, lay in the hammock, picnic, float on this swan, wear more sandals…
