A few of my favorite easy to throw on accessories right now are black booties and a lightweight scarf.

The basics I wear the most in my closet are black, so I usually opt for that color when looking for quality pieces.

I have been living in these cute black boots.  I dressed them up for a night out over the weekend with black jeans and a leather jacket, but usually wear them with more casual outfits like this one.  The small heel gives you a little bit of height while still being comfortable for all day (or all night) wear.

Another accessory I really love right now is this knit scarf.  I got it for a few trips we had over the Summer and love how it can be worn so many different ways.
