daily makeup routine!
PRIMER
This is one of those products I never knew I needed until I got it… My mom told me about this primer after I mentioned how good her makeup looked! Now, my mom, sisters and I have all been using this product for years and it really does keep everything in place and it goes on so smooth!
mineral bb cream
This is the light coverage mineral bb cream I wear daily in shade BB3! It has spf and gives a good glow.
powder
I love this Mac powder foundation for a little extra coverage.
bronzer
This Tom Ford bronzer is my favorite – I’ve been wearing it in the shade Terra since my Makeup artist from the wedding introduced me to it! I apply it with this brush.
under eye serum concealer
I have been using this lightweight under eye serum concealer in the color porcelain since high school! I put it under my eyes and on the lid to use as a shadow base! It stays in place all day and really brightens. I put it on after my bronzer so that it really shows up.
glow powder + blush
My favorite glow product I’ve used year after year is this mineralize skinfinish powder in the color ‘Cheeky Bronze.’ I mix it with my blush in the color pillow talk.
EYE SHADOW PALETTE
I have been using the Naked3 Palette by Urban Decay for years. It has a mix of neutral sparkle and matte shades that can work with any eye color. I put the lightest shade all over, the 2nd lights shade on the lid and a medium neutral shade on the outer corner of my eyes in a v shape. At night I add a bit more dark brown for a smokey eye.
Gel Eye liner
This gel eye liner is another product I’ve been using since high school lol! I wear the color chocolate shimmer – it is a really pretty brown.
Lash curler + Mascara
After my liner and before mascara, I always curl my lashes! It really makes a big difference to me!
Makeup setting powder
This light sheer powder is the final step to keep your makeup in place and get rid of shine.
BROW SET GEL IN CLEAR
I don’t fill in my brows with a pencil so I use this quick and easy clear brow gel to look polished and keep them in place.
lip liner + balm + lipstick
This is my new favorite lip liner pen – it lasts all day long. (I wear the shade 325 Tender.) Next I do this neutral lipstick in the shade Blankety and finally I can’t leave my house without Aquaphor. There is one in every drawer and purse lol.
At the end of the day I wash my face with this cleanser and apply this face serum! Also, I keep my makeup brushes in this used candle.
