After my love for The Pilates Barre grew, I tried a new class they started called Tread Barre to amp up my cardio. While Pilates is great for lengthening and flexibility, this is a great addition to run and get my heart rate up. I much prefer a class atmosphere and need someone telling me what to do, so this tread class is perfect for me. It’s 50 minutes of loud music and intervals on the treadmill, with free weights and the pilates chair. One stop and I’m done for the day.
