A weekend in San Fransisco and Napa

We did our research before this trip.  Here is a little weekend Napa to San Fransisco city guide:

I mentioned last week that Luke and I were going to San Fransisco then Napa and if you follow along on instagram or snap you know that it was really starting to feel like Fall there. So glad I brought this new scarf.

Both spots were so much fun and we both felt like it was the perfect amount of time! (I had never been to either!)

We started the trip at The Four Seasons on Market Street.  The first evening we went to a Sushi dinner at Ozumo and loved it! (Thank you for all of the recommendations!)  After dinner we walked along the Bay Bridge Boardwalk for a magical view of the lit up bridge! In the morning we walked two miles from our hotel to see the famous Full House painted ladies then rode the classic Cable Car from Hyde Street to Powell Street.  I wore this cozy sweater and these over the knee boots.

What of our favorite parts of the trip was renting a car (we used Turo to rent a convertible) and drove to Napa.  We stopped for breakfast at Fred’s in Saualito the drove through the Muir Woods National Park.

In Napa we checked in to The Carneors Inn. This hotel was wonderful and charming with Cabin Style Rooms.  (This was ours.) Each guest has a little house with a courtyard.  The pool was amazing and the Spa was so perfect.  They also provide bikes to drive through Napa. They reccomended we go to Brix for Lunch amazing on the way to Hall Windery for a tasting. For dinner that evening we went to Rutherford Grill (a Hillstone Restaurant) and it reminded us of home. We love Hillstone in Dallas.

We ended the trip by going to Boon Fly Cafe for breakfast (Luke loved their famous doughnuts!) and drove back to the airport in San Fransisco to come home.  It was the perfect weekend getaway for two.
