Trader Joe’s shopping list
Frozen Section:
Trader Joe’s Brown Sugar & Maple Syrup Steel-cut Oatmeal
This Oatmeal tastes like Fall in a bowl. It already has the water added so all you have to do is put it in a bowl and pop it in the micro – no measuring cup needed!
Chopped Spinach
I liked to put frozen spinach, protein powder, banana, cinnamon, almond milk, ice and cinnamon in my post run smoothie!
Edamame
Edamame is a quick and easy source of protein – I liked to put it in the microwave for a few minutes until it turns crispy, then add salt!
Dry Section:
Trader Joe’s Organic Gluten Free Red Lentil Pasta
I make this gluten free pasta for dinner a few times a week – it has a ton of protein and only 1 ingredient! I just add a little olive oil and salt.
Coconut Chips
These are a great snack with other dried fruit or can be thrown on top of a salad to add a little sweetness.
Honey crisp Apple Chips
These gluten free apple chips are a great alternative to potato chips – I add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice!
Trader Joe’s Organic Pumpkin Spice Granola Bark
This dark chocolate pumpkin spice bark is perfect when you are craving something sweet!
Old fashioned oats
I have oatmeal almost ever day! I just add cinnamon, a scoop of peanut butter and a banana – so good!
Everything but the bagel seasoning
This spice mix is so good on avocado, eggs, salads etc.
RX bars
These little snack bars or so good and TJ’s sells them for a pretty low price! My favorite flavors are the chocolate sea salt, pumpkin spice, maple sea salt and blueberry.
Fridge Section:
Perfect Bars
These gluten free Perfect bars have fresh ingredients that need to be stored in the fridge, but can go unrefrigerated for up to 7 days. I always bring them on trips to have for breakfast! My favorite flavors are the pumpkin pie, peanut butter and almond butter.
Blackberry Spindrift
Love these refreshing sparkling drinks!
Organic Cage Free Eggs
I just add a little of the TJ’s coconut oil nonstick spray and scramble or poach 2 eggs to serve with avo, everything but the bagel seasoning and fruit.
Produce Section:
Usually always keep bananas, avocado, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, and pomegranate seeds on hand.
Home Section:
Vanilla Pumpkin Candle
This little vanilla pumpkin candle smells so good and makes a cute gift idea – love the simple tin packaging too!
Apple Cider foaming hand soap
The foaming TJ’s apple cider soap smells like fresh Fall apples and looks cute next to the kitchen sink.

Ordered this cute ‘Happy Fall’ tray from Target – I’ve been using it next to my coffee maker to display mugs, candles and oatmeal ingredients.
