Chamomile Lavender Tea
We have been on a Chamomile Lavender tea routine every night before bed! I add local honey to mine. We drink ours together while watching the news or one of our favorite shows TV shows and both of us fee like we have been sleeping better! During the day I like this peppermint tea.
I switched to these durable lucite hangers from Amazon for all of my clothes from heavy jackets to dresses and tanks when we moved. They are really high quality and look organized and pretty in the closet. These are the hangers I use for jeans and pants.
I have been using this natural body wash I heard about from my friend Lauren for a few months now and just ordered more! I love it for the shower and also as a bath soap. We also use the hand soap and next I want to try the laundry detergent.

Starbucks Nitro Cold Brew
The Nitro Cold Brew is my new favorite Starbucks order. It has a lot of caffeine, less than 10 calories and tastes really smooth.
I have a Perfect bar almost every day for breakfast or a snack. I can’t wait for the seasonal pumpkin pie flavor to come out again soon!
How not to die Book
I’m currently reading the nutrition book How Not to Die. Caitlin and Lauren both recommended this informative book and I’m loving it so far. It is based on the scientific evidence behind eating in a way that can help prevent and reverse many of the causes of disease-related death through a plant based diet.
My sister Kari told me about this 100% Naturally derived deodorant a few years ago and I have been using it ever since. It works well and doesn’t have a strong scent. Luke loves it too!
