We are back home and in the routine! I always love the start of September – a time to get organized and back to the swing of things after Summer vacations.
This ivory mock neck sweater from Nordstrom is under $100 and also comes in black or burgundy. The sweater has a split hem at the sides and is a really soft chunky cotton material. (Not itchy or sheer!) I’m wearing the XS for size reference.
When wearing neutral tones I always like to put on a little extra bronzer so that I don’t look washed out by the lighter colors! ????
These high quality creamy pants from Rebecca Taylor are seriously so comfortable! I love the oversized high rise fit and easy to wear elastic waste band. (Make sure to wear neutral underwear – These thongs are my favorite!!) I have also styled them with sandals and a black tee for more casual work meetings. To dress them down even more pair them with a simple black tank and sandals.
M.M.LaFleur also has a great selection of stylish work pieces that are high in quality at a good price point. The tailored black Hockley pants are a great basic.
Neutral shoes go with everything and after eyeing them for over a year, I decided to get the Dior slingback pumps. I have worn them several times with dress, skinny jeans and pants over the last few weeks now and find them very comfortable for a pointed toe. They run a bit big – I went down half a size.
