Here are my favorite workout clothes for running, walking, strength training, yoga and athleisure this fall – including jackets, sneakers and leggings!
Alo Cabin Fever Jacket– This layered jacket is put together and comfortable.
Lululemon Define Jacket – This is a jacket that I wear year round and purchased several colors. I love this lightweight style and the zip pocket and hand covers.
Walking, strength training + yoga
Beyond Yoga Spacedye high waist legging – These leggings are so soft and comfortable. I love the flattering high rise fit, quick dry fabric and non see-through fleece material. I wear these all the time for travel days, running errands, around the house and for yoga + strength training.
Alo 7/8 High Waist Airlift leggings – These leggings are so flattering and I love the subtle shine. I wore them with sneakers in this blog post.
Lululemon Fast & Free tights – These are my favorite leggings for running. I love the lightweight material and the side pocket for my phone/keys. These are the leggings I have worn for full and half marathons and I rotate several pairs!
Adidas Edgebounce – These sneakers are so comfortable and cushioned. I wouldn’t recommend them for running, but I do love them for walking, travel and errands.
Athletic works braced shoe – This lightweight knit sneaker is stylish and comfortable at an under $20 price point!
Golden Goose superstar sneakers – I love these with both jeans and leggings! They are so comfortable, but still look put together.
Asics Gel Nimbus 21 – One of my most asked questions is what running shoes I wear for long runs! This has been my favorite pair this year. I am a neutral runner and these have been great for long runs. (Size up one full size and wear these thicker socks!)
I also like Hoka and Nike to alternate. Since I am a distance runner, I get new running shoes every year and alternate two to three pairs.
