When it comes to Fall, I like to invest in the classics I know I’ll be living in. A beautiful black sweater and a pointed pair of heels- Nordstrom has my back this year. Nothing tops off an outfit (literally) and covers a bad hair day like a cool hat!
Place butter in the mixer and add sugar. Mix until incorporated. Add eggs, once mixed add vanilla, Greek yogurt, pumpkin, buttermilk, and bananas. Scrape down the sides occasionally to make sure all of the ingredients are incorporated. With the mixer on low add the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
Fill the batter into a greased muffin pan. Before baking, swirl in 1-2 tablespoons of the Nutella into the center of the batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
