A few years ago I read in a health magazine “Never miss a Monday workout!” Love that – it is simple and such a great reminder! From then on I decided to always workout on Monday mornings no matter how early that means waking up. No excuses! (With the exception of a sick day or absolutely necessary break lol.)
Working out every Monday starts the busy day off right, boosts my mood and makes me want to keep moving the rest of the week! After posting my #NEVERMISSAMONDAY workouts on Instagram, I’ve noticed a few of you like the idea and have been tagging me in your workouts too!! Keep them coming!

Love my Apple watch for workouts, counting steps and listening to music from wireless headphones – I just traded in my series 2 at the Apple store for the series 4 GPS 40mm! I feel like the heart rate is more accurate, the battery lasts longer and the screen is a bit bigger.

I got these cute sneakers a few weeks ago for walking, travel, running errands etc.
I wore them on the flight to Italy last week and ended up wearing them all around town! So many people asked where I got them! BTW, I don’t recommend these sneakers for running – they are definitely more for walking or low impact activity.
This black oversized pullover is so soft and comfy – perfect to throw on over a tank after a workout or for a long travel day.
I got these shine leggings a few years ago and find them really flattering! The high waist is always a plus and they have lasted really well even with so many machine washes! These heart sunnies are a fun Amazon Fashion purchase under $10.
