Wanted to share a few of my current fitness favorites for a healthy start to the new year!
Fitness favorites:
Alo Jacket – This cozy teddy bear jacket is so soft! This is perfect to wear to and from workout classes and for morning walks.
Yoga Mat – My current favorite workout is yoga and I’m loving this mat.
Zip up layered jacket – Wearing this vest / jacket in this blog post. I love how it looks stylish and put together for athleisure outfits.
Long sleeve shirt – This lightweight, sweat wicking long sleeve is perfect for layering. I order a size up in this style.
Yoga block – This foam block is helpful for yoga poses and stretching.
Silk hair ties – These 100% silk hair ties help from pulling or creasing when your hair is up in a bun or pony.
Soft crewneck pullover sweatshirt – This oversized layering sweatshirt is incredibly soft and comes in more colors.
3 pound weights – I have been loving my 3 pound weights for quick arm workouts at home.
Nike sports bra – This has been my favorite sports bra for years! I highly recommend this one if you haven’t tried it – size up it runs small. I have worn this bra for all types of workouts from marathons, yoga, walking, pilates and peloton rides. It keeps everything comfortable and in place. 🙂
High waisted leggings – I have a few pairs of these leggings that I rotate because I wear them pretty much every day! The material is so soft, flattering and comfortable. These have also been my favorite leggings for early pregnancy. I wear the size small.
Running shoes – These are my current favorite sneakers. I wear them for travel, walking, errands etc. (I have them in the black / white / thunder grey combo.)
