Filled with love and family, Lake’s baptism day was so special! We are so grateful that our friend and pastor Matt Tuggle was able to marry us and baptize Lake. We began at Highland Park United Methodist church followed by a small get together in our home! What a beautiful day it was! It was so wonderful to have both of our families there for the occasion! Yay! Lake was baptized on April 18, 2021 at 9 months old.

For a family celebration after church, Luke made a beautiful charcuterie board and we used Festive Kitchen for tea sandwiches. For treats, Reggie Beuttenmuller of Highland Park Pie lady made cross and name cookies and they turned out so cute! She individually rapped a few so that we could give them as favors and the kids all loved them! We are going to use her again for Lake’s first birthday coming up this summer! The pretty serving platter we displayed them on is by Juliska!
