I really love Luke’s classic style! Every once in awhile I will order him a nice shirt from Nordstrom or help him find a new pair of jeans, but when it comes to work clothes he picks everything out himself! He looks for quality pieces that will last. The Nordstrom Men’s shop has such a good selection of every day styles.
Luke: shirt // pants // collar stays // loafers // belt
Krystal: turtleneck // black pants (similar for less) // heels // bag
My closet is full of black and neutrals which makes getting dressed very effortless. This fleece turtleneck is such a good basic for Fall – under $60 and so comfortable! This sweater runs big, order at least one size down – I have on the XS for reference. These black pants are a really good investment. They look chic with a sweater or blouse and the cut is really flattering & comfortable. Wearing the size 2 in the pants for reference.
A classic white dress shirt is a must have for him – The Nordstrom Men’s shop has a quality collection at a good price point.
He can easily layer this looks with a half zip, over coat or blazer when the weather cools down.
Love these ankle tie heels because they go with everything! They are really easy to tie on & after a few wears I find them comfortable enough to wear all day. I ordered this classic investment bag from Nordstrom a few years ago and it has been great for work because of the different compartments, long strap option and zip closure in the middle.
Luke has used these magnetic collar stays for years! He got my Dad a set for his Birthday too! They make great stocking stuffers for the guys at Christmas.
Luke invested in this timeless leather belt last Summer and wears it almost every day for work. It is reversible to black or brown and looks really handsome.
My favorite way to start the day is by getting coffee together! He orders black iced tea and I get an Americano.
Fall date ideas:
Find a local coffee shop, walk through a pumpkin patch, sign up & train for a race together, go to a college tailgate & football game, go to the the state fair, cook a fall ingredient dinner (our fave is spaghetti squash!)
