No Bake Energy Balls

These gluten free No Bake Energy Balls are an easy to make treat! Here is the recipe I kind of just throw together and they are so good! Luke loves them too! 🙂

No bake energy balls Recipe

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl:

2 cups thick rolled oats (Red Mill Gluten Free)

3/4 jar 16 oz creamy peanut butter (Jif)

1/4 cup honey 

1/2 cup dark chocolate baking chips (Lily’s)

1 tablespoon sea salt

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Chill mix in the fridge for at least 1 hour 

Pack and roll into balls (makes around 20)

Sprinkle sea salt on each

Place back in the fridge and enjoy! 🙂
