I have been eating gluten free for over 10 years now and have found several good GF brands to share! 🙂 Here are my favorites:
Gluten Free Favorites:
Canyon Bakehouse gluten free grain bread: This bread is really good toasted! I usually add peanut butter + cinnamon or avocado and an over easy egg.
Jovial brown rice pasta: Luke and I eat this pasta for dinner at least 3 times a week! In our opinion, it tastes better than regular pasta and the only ingredient is brown rice + water. We usually just add olive oil and roasted vegetables! So healthy and tasty!
Pumpkin Pie Lara Bars: Craving pumpkin bread? These bars taste like a healthier version and make for a perfect on the go snack.
Perfect Bars: These refrigerated peanut butter bars taste amazing and are a quick option for breakfast or a snack.
Siete chips: I craved chips during pregnancy! I love these by Siete and also for to-go food the corn chips at Chipotle are gluten free!
FitJoy pretzels: Pretzels were another pregnancy craving! These are really good with peanut butter!
Pop Chips: One more salty preggo snack lol! These taste great plain when craving something extra salty.
Live Love Pop popcorn: This is my favorite pre-made pop corn.
Simple Mills Crackers: These crackers are made of almond flour.
Minute brown and wild rice: This portioned rice is quick and easy to make as a healthy dinner side.
